At Plaid Trout Co., we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made through www.plaidtrout.ca.

📦 Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship to Canada.

Shipping Method

Standard (Canada): 3–7 business days

Expedited (Canada): 1–3 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or due to courier service disruptions.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Didn’t get one? Email us at wsup@plaidtrout.ca.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, email wsup@plaidtrout.ca with your order number and reason.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Perishable goods

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at wsup@plaidtrout.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
